Refund Policy for TraceyPennywell.com

At TraceyPennywell.com, we are committed to providing high-quality coaching services designed to help you grow personally and professionally. We understand that circumstances may change, and we aim to treat each refund request with fairness and transparency. Please review our refund policy carefully before booking any services.

1. 1-on-1 Coaching Sessions

  • Payment Terms: Full payment is required at the time of booking. All payments are processed securely through trusted third-party platforms (e.g., PayPal, Stripe).

  • Refund Eligibility: Because 1-on-1 coaching sessions involve reserved time and personalized preparation, we do not offer refunds once a session has been completed.

  • Requesting a Refund: You may request a refund for an unused, pre-paid session only if:

    • The request is made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session.

    • No portion of the service has been delivered.

    • The refund request is sent in writing to Tracey@traceypennywell.com.

  • Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule a session once without penalty if notice is provided at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows or same-day cancellations are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.

2. Group Coaching Programs

  • Payment Terms: Group coaching programs may be paid in full upfront or via an installment plan, as specified in the offer. Payment terms will be clearly stated at checkout.

  • Refund Eligibility: Due to limited seats and the nature of group planning, refunds for group programs are limited. You are eligible for a partial refund only if:

    • You withdraw from the program within 7 calendar days of its official start date.

    • You have attended no more than one group session.

    • You submit a written refund request to Tracey@traceypennywell.com within this eligibility period.

  • Important Note: No refunds will be provided after the 7-day window has passed or once more than one session has been attended, regardless of your level of participation.

  • Transfer Option: In lieu of a refund, we may allow you to transfer your enrollment to a future group cohort or another participant, subject to our approval.

3. Digital Products & Course Materials

All digital downloads, workbooks, templates, and online course materials are non-refundable once they have been accessed or delivered, due to their intangible nature and the immediate value provided.

4. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment processor may require additional time to post the credit to your account.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that life happens. If you experience an emergency or a situation that significantly affects your ability to participate in your purchased services, please reach out to us directly. We are happy to review your case on an individual basis.
